Dr. M. Shashidharan, MBA, SET, NET, Ph.D., - He is a distinguished academician with a strong foundation where he has completed his Doctorate in Management Studies from AMET University. He holds an MBA in Operations Management from the Alliance School of Business. He has a remarkable academic record, having cleared both the Tamil Nadu State Eligibility Test (SET) in Management for Assistant Professor and the National Eligibility Test (NET) in Management for Assistant Professor, demonstrating his in-depth knowledge and expertise in the field.

He brings a wealth of experience to his current role, having accumulated 2.5 years of dedicated research experience alongside 3 years of impactful teaching experience in the HR&CE Department College. His academic journey has been further enriched by his tenure in various administrative roles, demonstrating his leadership and organizational skills.

His teaching interest includes Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Strategy, Quality Management, Process Analysis, Project Management, Behavioural Operations Management, Business Statistics and Operations Research. Currently, his research focuses on the critical issue of carbon emissions, exploring its multifaceted impacts and potential mitigation strategies.
