Institute of Cooperative Management offers 36 Weeks Duration Course in Higher Diploma in Cooperative Management (HDCM) for the Pro DRs and SIs of Cooperative Department through Correspondence Mode and for the Private Candidates through Regular Mode. The medium of the course is English. This course is the Essential Qualification to pursue the career in the field of Cooperation.

This 36 weeks Course has 11 papers under 2 Semesters including Environment for Cooperatives in India, Cooperative Legislation, Cooperative Credit and Banking, Non Credit Cooperatives, Accounts and Audit, Information Technology for Management- I in the first semester and Cost Accounting and Financial Management, Marketing Management, Allied Laws, Organisational Behavior and Communication, Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations, Project Management & Business Development Plan for Cooperatives and Information Technology for Management - II in the second semester respectively. The Methodology used in this course is Classroom discussions, Case studies, Group discussions, Power Point Presentations etc.

As a part of the Curriculum, Observation Study Visit would be arranged to the participants to the best functioning Cooperative organisations across the state.

The course objectives are
