Institute is located in 4.94 acres of land owned by TNCU. The buildings consisting of Administrative block, hostel block and quarters have been constructed from the funds donated by Government of India and other State cooperative organizations.

COMPUTER LAB

Institute is having a modern computer lab with 35 systems equipped with latest configuration PCs, high speed broadband Internet connectivity. Multimedia projectors are provided in computer lab and all classrooms. All faculty and staff have also been provided 21 PCs with Internet connectivity.


LIBRARY

Institute’s library caters to the training needs of participants of various training programmes, MBA students and faculty members.
Research scholars from different colleges and universities are also making use of library for their research and consultancy needs. Library has a good collection of more than 7000 books on various subjects like Cooperation, allied areas such as Cooperative Accounts, Audit, Cooperative law and other Law, Psychology, Sociology, MIS and Computer, Credit and Banking, General Management and other functional management areas. Institute subscribes for 65 journals in different areas which include International journals also. Library is computerized and participants can access online library catalogs. Library also has internet facility and participants can access Internet in library, besides computer lab.


HOSTEL

Institute has a hostel with all required amenities for the comfortable stay of participants. It has 32 rooms including 6 Guest rooms. A separate wing is available for Lady Participants. It has accommodation for hundred persons. TV recreation, indoor and outdoor games facilities are provided for the participants.
