Shri.K.Sathia Kumar Sam Michael graduated from the Sourashtra
College, Madurai and secured his Post Graduation MCA (Faculty of
Engineering) from the prestigious Thiagarajar college of Engineering,
Madurai and MBA (Banking & Finance) from the Alagappa University,
Karaikudi. He served in different capacities in the training units of NCCT
in Trivandrum, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Chennai and the HQ in New
Delhi. While serving as a Deputy Director in NCCT, New Delhi, he was
deputed to the newly formed Ministry of Cooperation, GoI and worked
with a team of senior civil servants in drafting the Model Bylaw for
PACS.
He also served as a Senior Lecturer in the National Institute of
Financial Management, Min. of Finance, Govt of India. He is recognized
as a certified trainer for financial cooperatives by C-PEC, BIRD,
Lucknow and completed FDP in IIM, Ahmedabad. His specialization
includes System Analysis and Design, MIS and Strategic Management.
He has a training experience of 35 years.
